"We were really hoping for a winner here. We were there for three months and never once even met the owner. I guess they only come on days when the competition team is rehearsing. No attention given to recreational classes. Such a shame. Then when I canceled our membership, they continued to charge my account. The front desk was very disorganized and whenever I went there or called to complain, the manager was never there. Very disappointing. Eventually, we got things squared away and they refunded me the amount I was overcharged, so that's good."
