"Over priced and did not enjoy the food. We paid $50 for lunch for two. I had a mini veggie burrito and my husband a burrito bowl. No alcohol or dessert. The charred brocolli (main protein) was cold and the food was just meh. Very disappointed for the price and after hearing the hype. We had a similar experience last year and thought it was an off day for them- but doesn’t appear so. Employees were great and place Was spotless… but would not return."
"We LOVE Austin’s! Great place. The only thing knocking a star at the moment is they got a new reward system several months ago but no one knows how to redeem rewards from it. I have over $60 of rewards in the little app they use at this point and in the last five or so trips, no employees at the restaurant know how to redeem them. I really want to be able to use what we’ve earned :( but food is GREAT and customer service is always great. I just want to be able to use my rewards."
"Came here for lunch and it was great! Love the atmosphere service was excellent. The staff continued to check if we needed anything and were quick when it came to preparing our food. Can’t complain about not having enough the burritos are generous in size. Flavors were great definitely wouldn’t compare to Moe’s, Chipotle, or Barbaritos! They have their own category when it comes to their style of burritos and flavors. You will see me back!"
"Was craving burrito so decided to try it here. I knew it wasnt going to be anything authentic and assumed it would have been like Chipotle but it was not. Price seemed really high but they did give a lot of filling. My asada burrito was very salting to the point I only ate portion of 1 side. I wished they would have cut it half its so big. I cut it when i got home. I'm used going to gas station taquiria, maybe for me, not what I was expecting. Staff was very friendly though. Maybe their filling are better give them a try."
