We are committed to providing a safe dining experience, with socially-distanced seating and enhanced cleaning protocols. For added convenience, we also offer curbside pickup for online orders. Our team looks forward to serving the Dacula community with great food and friendly service. Join us Sunday to Thursday from 11AM to 9PM, and Friday to Saturday from 11AM to 10PM. "We've eaten at Del Rio several times, and the service is usually pretty good. That wasn't the case for this visit. Our server took our order and he never came back to our table*. We had to flag down other servers for extra napkins when our 3 you grandson spilled his drink, a separate time to ask for drink refills, and even had to flag down a manager to ask for our check. Not a terrible experience overall, but just not the level of service we've experienced here before."
"Due to the quality of food, this was a once and done visit. I was upset by the fact that their take on "authentic" Mexican was substandard and tasteless, although the staff was full of hispanic workers and we were advised everything is fresh. The manager wasn't too concerned about something being sent back to the kitchen because his phone call was more important. We got our issue resolved but they didn't even offer a discount or comp for the error. However, our server was friendly, but she didn't come back in a timely manner to check on us after the food was brought out. Its unfortunate that I didn't catch her name."
"We walked in and got seated right away on a Friday night!! Ordered promptly and the food came out in good time. We ordered something different than the usual and it was great! An all around good experience!!"
"09/23/23...Just got take out Del Rio. Definitely I've seen a decline in quality. And now even the lime is all nasty looking. Shaking my head... I'll be thinking twice to go back to them. Need to find a better Mexican or Hispanic (in general) restaurant."
"The waitress was fantastic. Great service and checked if you needed anything throughout the meal in a not annoying way. Great experience. The rice was phenomenal and the espresso burrito was on par. Will be back again."
