"Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole."

"Dr. Karen Lipford is absolutely wonderful and really listens to her patients. My daughter and I love her and have been with her for a few years now. All the staff I've ever met there has been polite and respectful."

"The case manager was extremely rude to my friend who is facing homelessness. Would not gather any information from my friend about the lack of communication on behalf of her renter. Would not allow any explanation for the situation was extremely hateful and outright unprofessional. She was supposed to come in person to speak to my friend before this matter but never showed up also no phone call. She was then called my friend explaining she had no ground say there is no proof the house was unlivable and no he wouldn't believe her. I am outraged by this treatment."

"Ive used florida therapy for a couple years the past 6 months i have noticed a tremendous decline. It first resulted in taking our child out and now returning back to seek JUST MED MANAGMENT. Encountering late appt, unorganized case manager, it like a therapy office for prisoners NOT the child i would lay my life for. Im constantly searching for new med managment as we speak and today was my first appt. This is not where you would like to be at if you are looking for a home for your child to seek med managment. Unless your passing through and need medicore service with unknowledged civilians handling your childs case or yours then I URGE you to find another facility. I can assure you our plan is not to stay"

"I recently moved to FL and needed to have my rxs refilled. This place is an hour away from me but was the only office I could get an appointment with that wasn't months away. They call me the day of the appointment to tell me they have to reschedule because the person I was supposed to see is out sick. It took several days to get back in touch with them about rescheduling. On the day of the rescheduled appointment I arrive early to fill out paperwork, and it still takes close to an hour to be seen. The nurse who collected my paperwork and checked my vitals was friendly. The woman who I had my appointment with was extremely unprofessional and spoke to me in an accusatory manner. She immediately demanded what "proof" I had that I needed these medications. I responded that I had my medical records faxed over. She claimed they did not have them and that I would have to go to another office 1.5 hrs away for a "reevaluation and testing." This was very frustrating since I had already been thoroughly evaluated, and have been taking the same medications for 8 years without incident, all documented by previous doctors. As I was checking out, I was told that in fact they DID have my records but that this did not change the decision of the provider I met with (I am doubtful she read them). At this point a friendly nurse pulls me aside to apologize for my treatment, and inform me that I had a right to be seen by a different provider, who she said would be much better than the woman I saw. So I scheduled a second appointment with this other provider for a week later, drove out there again, and when I sit down in his office he asks me in an annoyed tone "why are you here?" When I explained the situation to him he repeated what the first provider had said, adding that they all had the same policy there. Again, I got the impression he did not even look at my records. Although the friendly nurse was trying to help, in the end this all cost me ~3.5 hrs driving, 2 copays, and a missed day of work... and for nothing. Today I went to a different doctor and the whole process lasted 20 min. - as it should have in the first place - and I got my medicine refilled. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this clinic."
