"Grant Sparks neglected, abused, and clinically abandoned me. Grant explicitly told me about being shot, even BCC'd me on the email about his surgery, said multiple times we were or would've been [best] friends, projected his diagnoses on me, talked about having sex entirely unprompted... and once didn't mute himself on a call, so I heard with crystal clarity as he lost his voice and choked back sobs. That was the longest minute of my life. Therapists are supposed to help you. Not prioritize how you feel about them, not expect you to make them feel better... and certainly not traumatize you. When hearing this? All the director did was deny it, lie, blame me, and lash out, because he knew it was his license on the line. Nick has openly refused to do anything at all. I even asked Dr. Lowell of QMED to reach out to him; she said they'd spoken, and nothing had changed. "What happened to you at Modern Path is between you and your next provider," he'd told me, and that he seems to stand by. So who knows how the clinicians are taught to treat their clients? Who knows what else Nick has or will let slide? I cannot stress enough how easily any single provider of this practice can abuse their clients without repercussion when Nick Marzo guides everyone with such a distant and unethical mindset. This practice as a whole is unsafe. Please. Avoid Modern Path—at all costs. Management is negligent, the director is cruel, and it was an ex provider who convinced me just how important it is to speak up about this. They told me that they'd left Modern Path because of how they were treated as a clinician, that they couldn't imagine what could happen to a client. If you want to be taken care of—actually, if you want the bare minimum of care? Do not go to Modern Path. You will not leave without fresh scars. It is by gd's will alone I survived Grant, Nick, and Modern Path. Let's ensure you do too."
