"Called and the receptionist or secretary or whoever she was named Latrice needs to take a class for customer service or how to talk on the phone period . Or maybe she should have stayed home from work today cause her tone was not giving customer service at all. I was calling around looking for services for my children and her tone & attitude alone made me say never mind and hang up. I don't play about my kids , and after getting that bad vibe over the phone I'll just take my children else where."

"Dr. Dawn Jones has provided excellent OT services for my son. My son, who was 2 years old when he started, did not adapt well to new people because he had been home since infancy. He was working with another therapist but would not settle down long enough to learn. What I loved about Dr. Jones was that she quickly identified the issue and made adjustments even before I brought it up. She worked with him personally and was able to get him comfortable so he could attend to tasks. She is very caring and compassionate towards her patients and families. My son has improved very well over the last 10 months and is able to do a lot of things he couldn't before. I highly recommend Stepping Stones."
