"I called this morning to schedule appointments for my family the young lady who answered my call explained there were only two people in office and I would have to call back and get back in the cue to schedule my remaining appointments after she scheduled the first two. After already being in the cue to schedule the appointments for 15mins she hung up on me… I called back and waited for another 15mins only for no one to answer the phone… Customer Service could be so much better."

"This was the most scariest and unnerving exspence I ever had first of all I went there for a cataract consultation and after 2 hours of a student doing every kind of test you could find them the doctor came in talking about glocoms I ask her did I have it she said yes then after more test she finally came in and said I had narrow angles that needed addressing soon but yet they did nothing put it off for a glocoma consultation I googled narrow angles and found out without fast attention I could go blind all they told me to do is put warm compress on my eyes and use drops so I tried calling them several times to find out what type of drops I could use left message after messages and they never returned my call they say that there main priority is your vision I don't think vsi I would not take my dog to them and if I go blind I will seek legal action"

"I love Clayton Eye Center my doctor is Dr. Chen love him. The only issue I have is their billing department they are awful it took 6 months to clear up a payment that I made on their website and sent them a copy of the payment."

"I had the worse experience with this company. I am scheduled to have cataract surgery tomorrow and they offered zero communication. I had to contact them to figure out what my copayment will be, what time my surgery is and what are the instructions before the surgery. I told my driver that my surgery will probably be early in the morning, wrong, it is in the afternoon. Again, no communication. I then found out that they needed more information from my provider. If I did not reach out to them, I would have never known anything. They did not reach out to me to let me know that they needed additional information from my provider. If I did not call them, again, did that mean I couldn't have my surgery? I did not get one phone call to tell me anything. I also have a high deductible. If I could not afford to pay it, when was I going to find out how much it cost? I should have gotten that information before anything in case I needed to reschedule because of a lack in funds. I am very disappointed with this experience. I am terrified about having my surgery and now I have to rely on people that did not communicate with me at all. How can I trust them? I am only going with them because of the late date and wanting this done before the holidays. This center was not always like this. I am saddened by this experience and I would not wish this on my worse enemy especially the night before eye surgery. I hope they see this review and note that communication goes along way and they should NEVER treat a patient like this."

"This is my third visit to Clayton Eye Center. My appointments with Dr. Chen and his staff have always been impressive. I used the ki·osk to check in at 11:am on 6/11/23 and was seen at 11:10. I love the professionalism of the doctor and the staff and will use them anytime I need my eyes examined."
