"I've been seeing Jennifer for a few years now. I have nothing but positive experiences over the course of this time as Jennifer and all of Attento is extremely understanding and non-judgmental. You really feel like you can open up and share those internalized issues without fear. It helps to be provided with practical tools to manage my anxiety and stress so I can focus on rooting out those grudges. It takes time but it feels super empowering and inspiring to take control. Attento Counseling has only supported and guided me in my journey and I cannot recommend Jennifer more! (Signing in has become even easier with those who have social anxiety.)"

"I am so very thankful to have found Juli. She has been my therapist for awhile now and she has helped me through a lot of loss and grief along with major anxiety. She is such a blessing to me and has taken me from an anxiety filled person to a person that is able to function a normal life. She is so easy to talk to and I appreciate her so much. She is wonderful person and a very knowledgeable and caring therapist. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a therapist."

"So far so great! I just made my first appointment, and worked with Raquel to find a good therapist for me. She was super helpful and friendly, and I see it as a really good sign that I felt heard/understood just through the sign up process. She explained everything very clearly, and was patient with a good, caring attitude the entire time. I'm looking forward to starting with Attento after that call, and will likely update my review about the actual therapy process once sessions start. Thanks for the positive experience!"

"Jennifer Butzen is hands down the best there is. I’ve been seeing her for several years now and she has changed my anxiety ridden life for the better. My anxiety was at its worst when I first came to Jennifer and I have enjoyed looking back at the progress I have made since first starting therapy. Jennifer has helped tremendously with my “circular thinking” and taught me how to relax more. She has helped me through career changes and learning how to deal with difficult situations in life. I would be lost without her. Thank you Jennifer and Attento for all you do!"

"I have been seeing Jennifer for years and I can honestly say this is the BEST practice I have ever been too. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they genuinely care about your health and wellness. I’ve spent a long time before Jennifer trying to find an actual counselor/therapist who wanted to understand and help me who was genuine. I’ve been able to find a safe space here where there is zero judgement and I can just be myself. The counselors that are a part of this practice are real, upfront, and willing to be there for you when you need it. I owe so much to them and would recommend Attento to anyone."
