UMAS Karate is a health institution located at 3168 Salem Road Southeast, Conyers, Georgia, United States. Our goal is to instill self-confidence, focus, and respect through self-defense training. With over 35 years of experience serving Newton, Rockdale, and the surrounding area, we offer classes for ages 3-103. Our two full-time locations provide flexible schedules to meet your family's needs year-round.
At UMAS Karate, our classes go beyond just punching and kicking. We focus on building confidence, determination, focus, and courage in our students. Karate is seen as an educational journey that helps develop values, principles, and good habits for life.
Our instructors prioritize people over karate, ensuring that our students grow both inside and outside of the school. We teach traits such as focus, concentration, listening skills, courtesy, respect, self-discipline, and control. Our instructors support parents and teachers, aiming to see our students become black belts in all aspects of life.
UMAS Karate instructors are home-grown, having come up through the same program as our students. We strive to make the community a better place by teaching positive characteristics and setting a positive example inside and outside the school.
Our goals include giving students the confidence and skills to protect themselves and their families, promoting physical fitness through martial arts training, and providing top-quality instruction and customer service. Join us on this journey to self-improvement and empowerment at UMAS Karate.
