"I have friends and family who live in this rundown project. It is like the projects of Jackson. You have to do your own maintenance if you want it do e and done correctly. The roofs leak in most buildings. Some have to get water from there tub to flush the toilets. There is problems with most of the units. Water main broken in one building and they haven't had water for days. It smells like a zoo with all the cats running around. No one cleans or mows anywhere. And they don't plow the snow to make it safe to get Iin and out . Worst management ever!"
