Red Roof Inn Jackson, OH

"Moving from Chicago to North Carolina and had to stop overnight halfway with my cats. I'm SO GLAD we found this hotel. Very accommodating, quiet, clean, pet friendly, affordable and lovely staff. Parking is a breeze. Skip the breakfast though. It's free so I won't knock em for it but just naahhh."

"I was little skeptical looking for a place driving thru traveling. I seen this right off the hwy and decided to give this place a shot. Wasn’t sure what to expect but i was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean comfortably and set up nicely. Had direct tv. Shower was nice . Then left early and they had a nice little set up for breakfast. Would stay again if i was ever in the area again. But hopefully other red roof inns are the same because i would tryit based on this one."

"This hotel served it's purpose when we needed it. The reception personnel was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was very clean. Large clear TV. The room could use some repair. The floor boards were chipped and coming up. The bed was squeaky and noisy. The walls are very thin (you can hear neighbor shower very well, people walking above, etc) But as I said it served it's purpose for us nicely. (Clean is very important to me)"

"First the room was at best a large walk in closest. The beds are like sleeping on cement they are so hard. When I booked the room in the description it said a double room and not even close. They limited the breakfast to one item per guest. There were chunks of drywall missing in the walls, the first morning we noticed red stains on the pillowcases, thankfully we brought our own pillows and never used theirs. It was so uncomfortable we left a day early and was not offered a return of our money for the missed day. But you get what you pay for I guess."

"I’m never the one to ever write reviews, but after my experience I feel that it is completely necessary. I came up the night before a race on 9/9/23 with a buddy of mine. We were welcomed by very nice staff members. Although when we checked in, this hotel gave off bad vibes. I was not a fan of the rooms and just overall environment. My room had atleast 3 or 4 spiders within the blinds by the window. Also, the room did smell like sweat. My friend and I will definitely be calling to get our money back. It’s not worth the $120, I’d rather spend more money elsewhere and have a better stay. Also be on high alert for theft. I had a gas can stolen from me full of fuel. Don’t keep any valuables in your vehicles unless you want them stolen. If you are looking for a decent hotel to stay and enjoy, the Red Roof Inn is not it. Thank you for your time and God Bless"
