"This place is a joke. We switched to this company and had nothing but trouble. They are very unprofessional. The lady at the office is a habitual liar. They don't pay you on time and constantly lie about when you will get paid. Took me over a month to get paid. They still haven't paid my mom for the days she worked. Every time you ask them about pay the lady at the office said she will talk to "him" and they never get back with you. After a couple of months of this we switched to another company. Stay away from this company."

"Hire anyone who wants a paycheck aides barely come and when they do they don't want to do what they're paid to do I tried to break ties with this company but the owner asked for another chance and like a fool I tried to and only has once again been disappointed next time I decide to cut ties I'm sticking to my decision and staying true to myself"

"This company helped me so much. I was hesitant at first because of hearing we could loose the home. I decided to give it a chance anyway. They brought a wheel chair lift to help get my mother up the stairs safely without any payment upfront. They were able to get approval for Medicaid to cover copay costs. The nurse was great checking on my mother monthly. And the aid is very reliable and helpful and comes 4 days a week cleaning cooking, bathing and a great help. I am finally able to have time for myself again and relax. It so much easier caring for my Mom now. Thank you North American for your services."

"Way too desperate to contact people, they repeatedly called and left messages over a few business days, then came by my home and left a hand signed letter. It is to the point of being stalked. Give people a chance to respond rather than bombarding them with unrequested contact."
