"John (the service advisor) at Thomasville Ford came through for me when my local dealership did not. I spent nearly 6 months locally with no resolution. Thomasville Ford got me back in business within a month (and that was only because we had to wait for parts). Fast, attentive, and my F-150 was fixed correctly the first time. There was another customer waiting with me with the same story. A different local dealership, but also drove out of state to visit Thomasville Ford. Her local dealership had suggested replacing her transmission. Thomasville Ford found out it was simple spark plug boots. They did right by me, and her. I now consider them my dealership, and will likely buy my next truck there."
