"By far the best place I've lived. Me and my family moved here from oakmound apartments, compared to them this place is heaven on earth. We don't have to worry about our cars being broken into or bedbugs from using the laundry facilities or cockroaches from an unknown dead neighbor above us, all of which has happened to us at our previous home. Maintenance is amazing and very quick and management is also super nice and responds quickly, rent is affordable and everything is close by so no more long car rides for groceries."

"AWFUL. I've been trying to reach someone for a week to resolve an issue from 2 years ago and no one ever answers or returns your calls. "Normal business hours" are stated as Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 4pm, but that must mean someone just comes to unlock the door and turn the lights on, then goes about their day. Management needs to change, as well as who is hired. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL."

"BEWARE of WODA and Willow Greene. Please read all reviews here, elsewhere on the web and inform yourselves before leasing from this company. I'm certain they are skirting legal, contractual lines and certainly over-stepping them in terms of decency and ethics. My daughter, a young, full-time college student resided at Willow Greene apartments in WV from 2015 - 2018. When her family grew, they relocated to the largest available unit on property. Understandably, they were required to pay an additional security deposit and complied. Over the course of several lease renewals, problems arose with the property. A neighbor's adjacent sewage pipe broke within the wall rendering their kitchen unusable for months with a hole knocked out in the drywall behind the stove. The resulting leak also caused flooring damage, which required replacement and took an equally large amount of time. WODA landlords demand timely payments, unfortunately WODA doesn't offer the same care or concern when putting out their residents due to timely repairs. WODA readily accepts AND depends on monthly resident checks issued by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and other subsidies but fails so badly on the end-user. Many tenants, in other WODA run properties have similar horror stories. Another account without residential notice, Willow Greene hired contractors to paint sidewalks and curbs. This led to smeared paint and airborne particles on several parked cars; unfortunately her’s was brand new. The only attempt of resolution by then, Property Manager, was made via email: "Put goo-gone on a rag and wipe it off that way. That should solve the issue. Other than that, we do not assume responsibility for vehicles parked on our property." There’s further mention of a meth lab incident that went unnoticed or ignored for a long period of time ultimately resulting in a Willow Greene raid and arrests. Equally unfortunate is the extremely high turnover rate of Property and District managers - company wide. This is highly disconcerting and should speak loudly to potential new clients/tenants. It also explains why offices are left empty and calls go unanswered or not returned, even during normal business hours. Nearing the end of her lease, a one calendar month’s written notice was submitted indicating they would not be renewing the lease again, rather moving out. On April 1, 2018 a final walkthrough and “Unit Inspection Report” was completed indicating no damage, no liabilities and no past due amounts on their Resident Ledger. A forwarding mailing address was provided and to be used for security deposit return. It is now Sept. 8, 2018 and security deposit has still not been processed or received after several attempts have been made including: repeated office visits and phone calls to the current Property Manager. Each visit and phone call continues to result in the same response, “We’ll call you back.”"

"I'm not sure how anybody is supposed to become a tenant here. Been trying to get hold of somebody for a week. There's never anybody in the office and they never answer their phone. Their voicemail is full so you can't leave them a message and they don't reply to e-mails."
