"Simply put, the hotel staff are polite, attentive and courteous. The room is clean and breakfast is served daily in the lobby. Anyone can complain about the quality of the furniture or amenities but those things are determined by the amount you're willing to spend and for the price in the currently inflated economy it's a good deal. Walking out of my room to get on the elevator, the housekeeper who was already waiting there made sure that I went to the first floor before she went up to the third floor and thanked me for my patronage. That's how they are here and I'll be happy to continue my stay because of it."

"My mother stayed at this location because she missed her flight and had no complaints about the room. However, the staff was truly wonderful to her at a time when she really needed help. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this location."

"At first, we thought it was just what we needed…just a place to rest halfway on our journey at a decent price. Then we turned on the bathroom lights and the roaches literally began crawling out of the wall. Never again!"

"Let me start by saying that the staff were incredibly kind and apologetic, and they said how hard it’s been to get and keep staff, but… Our room was filthy. It smelled terrible, there was hair in the beds, old and used soaps left in the shower, wrappers and other trash around the corners of the room, and mold in some of the drawers. I’ve never, ever asked for a different room at a hotel before, but I did this time. When we shared the state of the room with the front desk, they were very apologetic, but said that they didn’t have any other rooms except one smaller room that was “cleaned” by the same employee, so they knew it wouldn’t look any better (it seemed like they’ve run into this issue before). Then they found one other available room which they said was cleaned by someone else who “does a better job.” We took it since there wasn’t any trash on the ground. However, one of the beds was filthy, too, with brown stains, crumbs, and small black hairs all over the sheets. Both this and the previous room looked like they made the beds, but they hadn’t put on fresh sheets after the last guests left. We ended up sleeping on top of the sheets on the one clean bed in the room in the clothes we’d worn all day because we didn’t want to get any of our clean clothes dirty. This whole debacle took nearly two hours. They told us that if we’d booked through them directly, they would’ve given us a free stay, but they couldn’t as we booked through a third party. However, we didn’t use any other service; we booked our stay directly on their website. Despite telling them this and showing them our payment, they said it didn’t show that way on their system, and they couldn’t do any better than a percentage off our next stay. But I don’t think we’ll be staying here again to redeem that offer unless we really need to. Thankfully we only needed to sleep here one night and didn’t need to stay longer than a few hours in total."

"Stay was from 9/7/23 to 9/9/23. Let me say the room for the most part was clean but if you look at base borad at the top.of the mattress it is awful. The room STUNK/ SMELLY. We requested a dehumidifier but she said her supervisor said they did not have one. We had to go to Walmart and get air fresheners. It smelled like bad feet, sweat and the carpet needed to be cleaned. We has stains on the duvet and the bed skirt needed to be cleaned. There was mold in the ice machine on the 1st floor. During breakfast the serve had old milk that she served for 2 days, we had to request fresh milk. The furniture in the lobby was marked up and looked like it could use a good cleaning. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. it's like they need to pump in fresh air a d do a deep cleaning. It was not worth the value pay a little extra nmto Stay at a nicer hotel. All my clothes smelled like the room. I washed everything when I got home. If you value your NOSE don't book this hotel. The staff was friendly."
