"Whole building is filthy management claimed that it is my opinion that maintenence is responsible for cleaning laundry rooms common areas and hallways at grafton manor. This is a disabled and elderly building. She also said tenants shouldn't make messes in hallways.... however most of it is dirt build up from lack of cleaning...... this place is violating so many codes and I will be taking video of common areas stairs etc. And posting it so people are aware of the unclean and unhealthy life style these tenants are suffered to live through..... this is at grafton manor in grafton,wv"

"Never a Property manager on site. Residents with dangerous dogs outside of apartment unsurprised. Management could care less."

"Breezy Hills Apartments-St.C has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. The property manager is very rude and makes up her own rules- and does not follow protocol. There has been a few complaints over her. 1.) there was tree branches (after a storm came through knocked down a tree and they cut the branches up leaving them in the dumpster) along with a very large amount of trash over topped in dumpster for OVER TWO WEEKS straight! 2.) property manager makes her rules on where there is designated areas to park. She tries to override the lease policy......She breaks tenant/landlord law and violates tenants rights. This woman does not need to be a property manager. She has no respectful demeanor towards her tenants whatsoever. I do not want this to sound like it’s just about the property manager. It has everything to do with the company Belmont Properties…. Belmont Properties has been reported NUMEROUS times and nothing has been done with this company. They don’t even have a Manager on-site or answers their phones half the time which is very concerning. I am hoping FINALLY something is done by this complaint. This isn’t fair to the tenants that “PAY” their rent, trying to live on a nice place and yet tenants get such a horrible treatment coming from this company/management. And feeling unsafe in their homes and worrying about constantly dealing with a property manager who seems to care less. I am reaching out to the Bureau to see if anything at all can be done. Enough is enough. And hoping that better business bureau has luck contacting the person in charge of this management company does something about it. Belmont Properties has lost few tenants in the last few months due to the company not pursuing action on raising concerns and property manager!! But it seems like this company does not care about their tenants just the money coming in. Such a shame. And it really could be a great place to live. Once Belmont Properties straighten themselves out and fire the Property Manager in charge and get someone who understands the Tenant/Landlord Laws and Rights. I am hoping something is acted on with these issues. Tenants have rights!!"

"Belmont properties are a joke. They lie and when you bring up calling hud or legal aid they start freaking out. I have never seen any worse then them. There hasn’t been any body in our apartment management office for months. Like almost 3 months. They only come in to try and give rent Receipts. But there as been a lot of people here who complained to hud over not getting receipts or getting a paper saying this your 3 notice to Recertification!!! When there hasn’t been anyone in the office. Plus they put all the responsibilities on the Maintenance man because they can’t get no one in the office"
