"I applied for an apt in November 2023 and i was told it would be ready the 1st week in December then it wasn't. The manager is very friendly, and nice but, not too much concerned about people Really Needing a place to live. She was helpful, by taking me to A MISSION in Rolla but, never moved along with the apt. It was a very weird experience, because the Website states its low income then she stated it was IF THE FUNDS WERE AVAILABLE it' wasn't a good experience overall. I didn't want to be in a Mission I wanted a home. But unfortunately it didn't happen. I hope the next person has a better experience than I did. The manager said it was All about the money. Which didn't make sense. But hope the places get rented. And things move along because I was then told it wouldn't be ready til the first week in January 2024 so I contacted her today to see if she rented anything and it's still nothing was ready. So this has just been my experience and it wasn't very Helpful to say the least ."
"Under terrible management. Some apartments have screen doors and some don’t and they won’t replace them. So you see people with their doors open. Tenants are to abide by the rules but the manager doesn’t. Corporate sticks up for her, even though they know about it. If she doesn’t like you she has been known to run people off. There is always apartments open because of this. There are no assigned parking spots but management tells you what person parks where and not to park there. To many other problems to list.Big mistake if you move there."
