"Initially all seemed well... However, the owner (the sole person who maintains upkeep) will quickly decide whether your horse is worthy of the owners “hard work”. The owner has 6 or 7 of their own horses out there. There are either no pads in some of the stalls or not in all of them — and the manure and urine goes deep into the floor of the stalls in both the main barn and island stalls (more so in the island stalls) which result in injury if your pony lays down to sleep. Do not expect your horse to get regular turnout. This stable has a long way to go and will not get there on the work of one person alone. Be wary."
