"Friends of mine have been training with Sword and Shield for about six months, and today I went to Range Day with them. Salvatore Broes, the owner, is former army, is level one and two SWAT certified, did executive protection, and currently trains SWAT teams. He also trains civilians. Today, we spent the day at the SWAT training facility in Athens learning how to clear a house and also on the range learning how shoot in different situations. The whole training was about real-world applications, and not just “stand and shoot at a target.” Sal is an incredible instructor, and his firearms training included everything from dealing with a home invasion, someone trying to attack you, multiple bad guys, shooting on the run, sitting at a table and having to draw and shoot while seated, and so much more. I’m not doing this training or Sal justice with my description, but suffice it to say that I will be doing as many of these trainings as I can, both hand gun and rifle. I can’t recommend this enough."
