"My daughter loves it. Coaches are knowledgeable and guide about 8-10 students all at different levels. Everyone progresses at their own pace. You have to be patient and give it time. This takes practice, technique, and intense strength has to be gained."
"I have never been more ready for a class to be over and they did not wipe down mats between classes! The class size was way too big so all of the students kept having to call the teacher to get any instruction, and the mixed level class meant that while I would have loved to do the other skills, I was chastised TWICE for not doing the hour long conditioning session with no guidance. As someone who was trying to get back in to aerial, that was unbelievably disheartening. I left discouraged, frustrated, and wishing I had not gone at all."
