"Terrible customer service. Terrible people. I paid for a uniform and they refused to give it to me because my monthly account wasn’t paid. The suit was paid for in full. It’s fraud and theft. Don’t get involved with these people. Then they sent a black woman twice my size who represented herself as an attorney to intimidate me. Ebony Brown I think. Stay away from her if she is selling legal service or anything else. Daughter wants to cheer, but the administration is terrible. Order something every week and not use it. Or it takes forever to come on, and you’re ordering something else. Every week, a new email to order something. Unorganized. You ask if you’ve ordered everything, and they say yes and there’s a new email with something to buy. Keep your receipts. They refuted the order and said we had not placed an order or paid for anything. Appeared to be checking records and computer and no trace of our order or payment. Then we produced the receipts. They suddenly produced the items. They put my daughter out of practice. Low down rotten people. Fraud, theft, and, violation of rights, and discrimination. Anyone who has had similar encounters please share with me. After I repeatedly stated I was intimidated by the so called attorney them I was told I was intimidating the young associate. And that I needed to leave. The attorney threatened to call the police but wasn’t going to because of the obvious. I asked what? She continued to threaten me and stated the reason she wasn’t because I was a sistah and so was she. I asked her to speak up for me she was my sistah.The person in the chair is who I waited in the lobby with most of the time. Associate walked away several times to get a manager or someone who could help. Returned the intimidator. Several intimidators appeared, and more threats were made. Person in the blue, the ATTORNEY, threatened me and my child. She also harassed and embarrassed her. And probably lied about her name. The person in the black refused to assist after taking the post but proceeded to help others. Tell the person in the blue not to tell any other black woman or person. She is their Sistah or a Sistah. And now I have received an ugly message from Emily Jones. Low down rotten people."

"Stingrays is the BEST! My daughters have competed at 2 other local gyms in the past so I can say from experience that the Rays program is TOP NOTCH! It truly is Bigger Gym, Bigger Family. We have been welcomed in and treated as a priority since we first stepped in the door. We only wish we had come here sooner."
