"We have an excellent experience the past few years with GTC Golf Academy. My son started taking private lessons with Matthew about 2 years ago and it is amazing to see how far he has come. Matthew is such a great coach. Not only does he know the game, but he knows how to get into the minds of his younger students and teach them the game on their level. He keeps lessons fun. He encourages each student yet knows when they need more firm instruction as well. He has definitely pushed and inspired my son to improve his game. My son says that Matthew is the best coach he has ever had and that is so true for many reasons. We hope to be able to continue to take lessons with GTC Golf Academy for many years to come. "Matthew Cooke is a great Golf Instructor and very professional. My son plays High School and Tournament Golf and has been taking lessons from Matthew for a few years. Matthew provides sound instruction and communicates on a level that my son understands. During my son's lessons, Matthew is 100% focused on the lesson and not looking through his cell phone like previous instructors we have dealt with. He also knows how to incorporate technology into the lesson but is not reliant on it to teach. Even though golf is a mellow sport he knows how to push and motivate my son to get the best out of him.
