"Quiet, clean, convenient, plenty of hot water. When we had checked out and were 3 miles away, they called to let us know we had forgotten something in the room! The place is older and a little scruffy around the edges, but that is easily modified. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again!"
"Very polite at front desk, room was clean, comfy bed with super soft sheets, heater worked great. Shower water got nice and hot, plenty of channels on TV. For the price I wasn't expecting much but it was nicer than I imagined. Would definitely stay here again. And the location is great."

"As far as dumps go, it’s a pretty good dump. But it’s still a dump with some very sketchy guests that stay there. I will give them this though. The beds are reasonably comfortable, the bedding is reasonably good and the bathrooms are tolerable. Don’t hope for much more. If you planned poorly like I did and get stuck at this place because it’s the only hotel available in Athens for parent’s weekend, you will probably survive and might even get a good night’s sleep. Expect a few chuckles from your Lyft driver when they take you there."
"Stayed here for three nights last week while on a bike trip with a couple of friends while riding the Windy 9's. I love this place! The room is clean, has brand new mattresses, awesome blankets, a flat screen TV, and a great shower! The owners are nice and accommodating. They let us wash our motorcycles with their water and bucket if we wanted to. There is a hot dog/hamburger place a couple hundred feet away that serves real good food. Even walked from the motel and found a geocache (if you know what that is)."
