"I am 37 weeks pregnant. I saw Dr. Lambert and simply asked about getting induced. The first words out of his mouth were ‘if you get induced, you’re going to have a c-section, guaranteed’ followed by ‘it will make it more complicated to have any more children’. He continued with going on a tangent about how we ‘live in a customer service world and everyone always wants things right away’. By the time I left the appointment, I felt degraded for even asking, and I didn’t feel like asking the other questions that I needed answers to. Dr. Lambert also stormed out of the appointment with an attitude, and I had to leave the room and ask the nurse if I was good go. Completely unacceptable behavior from a supposed professional. If it wasn’t so close to my due date, I would never come back here again."
"I have been to North Pointe OB/GYN twice, one in 2020 and the other one in 2023. I have had the best experience here. And I am very thankful to Dr Walsh for all her support and encouragement during both my pregnancies. Her presence always made me feel better. She is friendly, humble and knowledgeable. I did get a chance to meet the other doctors. Dr. Barratte is a very experienced and jovial person. Dr. Lambert is soft spoken and a very caring Doctor. They have the best of doctors. Ms Ruth, who is responsible to draw blood is good at what she does. She is just so perfect. Thanks to Ms Ruth too."
"It’s okay. I went in for an appointment to see if I could change my birth control because it wasn’t working for me. I specifically said I don’t want to be on the pill, and I asked for an IUD. Doctor asked a few questions, said no, then put me back on the pill after I specifically requested not to without explanation, etc. My appointment was so quick I think it took longer for me to get up to the office then meeting with my doctor. No bedside manners, nothing. Then comes in a $170 dollar bill for a 3 minute appointment— which is ridiculous. :/"
