"Dr. Sarah Jeffers attitude towards Jehovah's Witnesses abstaining from blood transfusions is unChristian. Jesus never turned away even the Samaritan woman. Jesus did not mind the woman with the constant flow of blood to touch him. Jesus even healed a leper. These people were normally rejected because of who they are, but never by Jesus. I was not allowed proper care by her after traveling more than 2 hours to get to 5445 Meridian Mark Rd facility with my husband who took off from work to come with me to make sure I got there safely. Which with her turning me away, cost my husband time from work and vacation time that could have been saved. No one when I called to set up the appointment ever asked me if this was an issue, which could have kept me from wasting my time. Dr. Sarah Jeffers came in immediately and dismissed me like it wasn't nothing, but thought because she didn't charge me for the visit this was enough. She was okay with sharing her view, I could tell that this was something normally done because the black nurse that took my information and the one in training put there heads down when I left. This experience will posted everywhere as a warning."
