"My wife was scheduled for a Botox bladder procedure last June. The evening before the procedure she received a vm that the procedure was cancelled because she needed a cardiac clearance. She has never had any cardiac issues. It took several months to get this clearance, further problems getting it forwarded to them, then waiting months to get a new appt for the procedure. Now they say she must come in for a pre- clearance, but did not give us an appt to come in. Calling office is almost useless, as they never answer the phone, you must leave a vm. Complicating matters more, Piedmont hospital is an hour drive away from Buford, and my wife is semi-paralyzed in a wheelchair. Fairly simple procedure that was done every 6 months at clinic office in Sacramento before moving here has turned into a nightmare here. My Doctor told me that we have no choice but to use Advanced Gynecology, even though they are 45 miles away."

"This will be long but worth the read! I have seen Ashley a few times and have ALWAYS bragged on her to other people. Until now. I was referred to this office from my PCP for bladder pain/ pelvic pain. I went to therapy for 2 years. Went to Ashley because the pain is still bad. She did an ultrasound and called and said everything looks good but she’d like to keep my appointment and me come back. I expressed to her over the phone that drs in the past have suspected Endometriosis and if she thinks it could be that. She let me know it could be hundreds of things but if the diagnostic surgery was something I was interested in we can talk about it at my next visit.i was hopeful to finally get answers. I go to the appointment to be asked by two nurses why I’m there. They said I was there only for an anaul papsmear that I’ve always refused. I then HEARD Ashely outside in the hall in a smart tone saying even though I’m 22 she recommends it and said Sorry in a rude tone. the nurse then comes in to let me know that Ashley had told me not to come back but to go to my PCP that my ultrasound was good. Yet on the phone I was told to come back and she would help me figure this out. Was then told by the nurse that there’s no point coming back in the office until I’m comfortable for a papsmear. I let her know i had pelvic pain for nearly 10 years now and was hoping Ashley was going to help me find answers to be told this place isn’t where you come for pelvic pain??? My mouth dropped! Where do I go then?? I was told I could wait and Ashley would come talk to me , but I did not stay. On the phone I was told to come back and talk about hopefully finding answers , upon arriving I was told she told me not to come back. So I kept an appointment for two months ONLY for a test I always refuse?? Ya okay!"
