"Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to contact Nathan Olson for several weeks. I have left countless messages and emails and not one has been returned. No one ever answers the phone no matter what time of day you call. Trying to cancel my policy but cannot reach anyone."

What if it had been an emergency? This is the poorest insurance agency we have ever been with. This place should be shut down. Can't imagine that Allstate would allow this to continue. "This particular office branch is not the choice I would recommend under any circumstances! Don't answer their phones when they are supposed to be in office, take two days to return calls and then they moved office so when you show at the listed address, it is an empty space. Dont waste your time here."
