"The commons is not just dirty, but filthy. The carpets look as if they have not been cleaned for years, and are covered with stains. The railing for the stairs is rusted and full of decay. Cement portions of the balcony areas are breaking apart. The cabinets in the kitchen are broken. Some Windows are boarded up. Appliances are in pretty bad shape. Door locks are needing repair. If housing for my daughter had not been prearranged, and if I had seen the place before move in day, I would never have let her Move in. I wish I had been warned about the place. Hopefully my review will help others to look for another place to stay. I am surprised that such a nice, established University has such a low standard for its housing. I was shocked."
