"I have very mixed feelings based on an unsettling recent experience. I used to pay my bill by calling. Nice and easy. They offered me a big discount, but I had to sign several forms online etc. That was a catastrophe, and even the agency never really figured it out. It's the website, not the agency. It turns out that I had done everything I needed to do, but the agency kept telling me I hadn't - again, the website. They worked hard to fix it, and I'll get the discount. My issue is the owner's response, and my general inability to get in touch with them anymore. I left a message for Kim Monday. Then again yesterday. Just got off the phone now ( Thursday). She was extremely defensive about everything. I simply wanted to do a quick postmortem. I brought up the fact that one of her agents had lied to me. Turns out that she hadn't, but it was such a complete disaster that I couldn't tell at the time. Kim just wouldn't let up, even after I told them I wasn't mad at them. She kept pushing. "What do you want me to do for you?" "Nothing," I said. "As I said, I just wanted to talk about what happened." This review is because Kim would not let me just say my piece. I didn't yell, and apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. I agreed that Brandi and Jessica worked hard. Summary: Much of what I loved about Kim's agency is gone. I can't call and pay my bill on the phone now (new policy), and they just don't answer the phone anymore. That irritated Kim as well. But it's a fact. You'll have to call a few times to get your issue solved and get on with your day. But she wants you to wait on her. I own a business, and answer my phone, or reply to emails within an hour."

"This agency is what an agency should be. I can not speak highly enough of the people here. Brandi Lovelace and Jessica Rhoads are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile for me multiple times. Customer service seems to be their priority and it shows. I am a new business owner and had no idea what I needed as far as coverage. They took very good care of me and explained all of my options while recommending the best policy for me. They never tried to sell me on anything that I didn't need, which I feel is very rare these days. The policy I received was perfect for my business. I highly recommend this agency to anyone in search of any insurance needs."
