"Would rate them 0 if i could. I dont know how they treated other customer but just got hang up by them. A month ago, MVD sent me an insurance laspe letter because they made a mistake on the year of my car. Had to call them many times but didnot get resolved. The call never get through so i had to leave voice message but no response. Text message works but problem not resolved. My agency on home policy was kind enough to get it done within minutes while they talk to me on another policy. Today they called to force me adding my son to the policy and i didnot want to do it so they hanged up while i was talking. What kinds of customer service is this!!"

"i ran into a problem filling out a homeowner's automated insurance quote, which got stuck in the system, and Waymon's team had to work diligently to get the quote working(Corporate couldn't fix it.) And then they had to finish the quote for me. it took them all day but i was able to get that quote to my re-finance company on time. Great work!"
