"I did all my stuff online and ended up with this agent which is why I rather deal with people online if I wanted an agent I would have personally went to an Allstate agency. The receptionist Answered the call and told me there’s nothing she can do I have to call 1800 or call after 6 pm when businesses are closed how unprofessional is that? Once I got the appropriate information to speak with the rep I last spoke with no answer left a voicemail no response. At the end of my premium period, I plan to find another agent. The customer service here is the worst."

"I've been with Allstate going on 4 years without incident. Yet, one recent late renewal payment causes my premium to increase. No other drivers, 2 years of spotty driving due to remote work and COVID, yet my premium never decreased due to less driving. Now that I have cancelled based on these factors, I noticed in the payment history I am charged an additional $4/month "installment fee" because I can't afford to pay the premium in-full??? Wow... I wonder how many other people who are not well-off or wealthy or for whatever reason unable to pay the entire premium this effects. Customer service, great!! But, they provide no reduced premium based on less driving, yet without fail increase the premium if you have no incidents, accidents or claims, so you're not in good hands - you're only in good hands when you can pay the entire auto premium thus buying yourself out of the additional $4/month "installment" penalty just for making payments monthly. Moving on to "only pay for what I need"..."
