When a company does not post their phone # on their website, usually not as good sign of good customer service. DO NOT SEND ANY BATTERY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!"
"This company is UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEPTIVE AND UNRESPONSIVE!!!! They received my turbo on December23, we had emailed stating if would be done in one day. (LIE) Unresponsive until January 26 claiming my emails went to spam. (lie) Responded with shipping tracking number. On February 2 after a few unresponsive emails the response was and excuse about some vender (LIE) and that the tracking would be updated. DO NOT SEND ANY BATTERY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!"
"I should have read reviews before using L and W Battery. Over 6 weeks and still waiting on batteries (only 2 handles for the Nomad Pro4). I have a tracking number from USPS but nothing has been shipped. Emails don't work, voicemails don't work. Taking the money works obviously. Not a good company."
"Same review as many others unfortunately; I sent a Nomad battery in for refurbishment, 6 weeks later still no battery. Was sent a tracking notice three weeks ago, and it still says they have not handed over my battery to USPS for my return. No replies to repeated emails and phone calls. After putting in a disputed credit card charge, I did finally get the refurbished battery. And the battery has been working very well. I would highly recommend updating the delivery time quoted on your website and please answer calls. Not sure I'd use again due to the hassle, though in the end the product was what was advertised."
"Warning! You’ll lose your battery if you send yours to them! It’s been more than 6 weeks since I’ve paid and sent my Nomad battery to them, but I haven’t received mine back yet. They emailed me 3 weeks ago saying that my battery was shipped and it would take 4-5 day to deliver. Every time I check the tracking, it’s still in “pre-shipment” status, meaning they created USPS label, but did not ship my battery. I emailed them several times, but they never responded. If you don’t want to waste your money/time and lose your battery pack, do NOT use their service! Updated in June 2021: They finally contacted me, and gave me a full refund."
