"Was referred to see them for TMJ pain. Very deceptive pricing on the cost of care. You’ll have to pay $800 dollars for x-rays before you even know if the process helps at all. Once the care actually starts, it’s the standard chiropractor “one leg is longer than the other one” deal. Very little attempt was made to determine if the treatment was even possibly going to help my symptoms (spoiler, it did not). $1000 dollars not well spent."

"I was referred to Dr. Roy Sweat by my chiropractor/kinesiologist after a neck injury 8 months prior. I paid $500 for 5 x-rays, then an additional $800 for 6 weeks of adjustments in a package plan. Two visits before my paid package plan expired, my husband called and asked the receptionist what the cost of treatment after the package ran out would be. We assumed I’d need further adjustments since my atlas was still not staying in position for longer than a week. On my last visit, Dr. Sweat adjusted my atlas, as it still wasn’t holding. He then explained that my package had expired, and said my husband had “called and said he wasn’t happy with the treatment”, so they were releasing me from their practice. When I said there must have been a misunderstanding, and explained why he had called, Dr. Sweat said “Well we’ve done all we can for you, and we’re referring you back to your chiropractor.” Dr. Sweat never took the time to explain why my atlas wouldn’t stay in position for more than a week within his care, and seemingly released me because he thought my husband complained about his services. My neck still hurts, and I’m out $1300. I cannot recommend Dr. Sweat or his practice."
