"I called a day prior and spoke to the director, Katina, and she was a kind. Informed me I can come the next day to see the daycare. I went today and literally was able to walk right in(Strike 1) Why isn’t the door secure with all these school shootings in America? Then incomes a woman from outside with Burger King in her hand. Mind you I visited at 4:30pm, so lunch is over. (Strike 2) she proceeded to ask how can she help us and I informed her I was interested in the pre k program as was told by Katina to come today. She disappears into the back office to make copies. Handed it to me and sent me on my way. (Strike 3) She wasn’t friendly at all. I which I would’ve got her name! I usually don’t do reviews, but I feel this needs to be known for present and future parents."

"It is very concerning how they operate in there. Alot of in and out teachers. So the stability of the kids is always off. Not sure if some of the staff actually supervises the kids as they should or if staff directs other kids to harm or bully certain kids. Nothing is certain since there are no cameras and you can just walts in when ever. So it will always be your and your kids words against theirs And twists and turns to what is going on."

"The staff was nice, but very incompetent. This place is not safe for your kids. All the staff are young girls who have no clue on how to take care of kids. In the span of 2-3 months my 1 yr old has had 3 diaper rashes and a yeast infection after being told and asked plenty of times to make sure he’s changed frequently and to use desitin for daily maintenance. Due to Covid, we could not come in to pick up our kids so one day I was given someone else’s kid to take home and I recently just witnessed the same thing occur to another parent. This place is not safe for any children. My 4 year old has had a few incidents as well where he would come home and tell us events of children hitting him in detail, including names and his teacher would never seem to see anything. This place has been reported. I wouldn’t recommend."

"My husband and I were looking for a child care for the summer. We contacted Tender Years in Conyers and decided to visit and do a walk through. After receiving the application we decided Not to send our child there because most of the application was unreadable."

"The staff is amazing and they take safety precautions seriously in regard to the pandemic. From where my son was at, this is definitely a breath of fresh air. He even likes it better! Great job TYLC, keep it up!"
