"Bought a $30 scratch off ticket from a woman who doesn't speak very good English as we were passing thru town on our way back to our hotel. The next day as we were leaving town we stopped at a gas station and I wanted to cash it in because it was a winner and the clerk showed me that the ticket was not activated and she could not cash it. She told me I would have to return to the store that I bought it from and have the lady activate the pack then cash in the ticket. We were too far away to turn back to do that so I guess I'm out my winnings or I need to call the OH Lottery? Wonder how many other people had that happen to them as I was the 21st person to buy a ticket out of that pack??"

"They have a drive thru which means I don't have to get out of the car for a quick stop. Errands can get overwhelming when you try to get them done all in one day. Makes life a little easier."

"7/13/2023 I went through drive up window. I asked for 3 Mega Millions tickets and 3 Powerball tickets. She comes back with 2 tickets. I explained that that was not what I asked for and she said that I said 3 and 3. I repeated that I asked for 3 tickets of each kind and to please redo them. She said she couldn't and I was just going to have to buy the ones she printed off. I said no I was not going to do that. She cursed at me and closed the window. Short old woman with no teeth. Not sure who owns this store, but from what I've read in comments, this woman needs to go. I'll never go there again!"

"RUDE female employee (black hair, no teeth), yelled at me then accused ME of yelling at her (not true), and told me to leave rudely, refusing a $40 purchase I was trying to make. She also complained about not making enough money per hour as her excuse for being so vile. I'm pretty sure that is grounds for termination in any respectable business I've ever worked at. I'm telling everyone in town how terrible this person was, and to never shop here until they can teach their employees some manners. There are other smoke shops nearby with better prices, and helpful employees."
