"Haven't had any issues in the past with my taxes with them. This year however, they were sent out by the irs but never got deposited into my account. Have called a few times regarding this issue and can't get them to respond. Always he has already left for the day and we will leave him a note to call back. I don't think I will be going back next year."

"AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible service with this company. I was told my taxes were going to be put on an extension due to another error made from previous accountant. Tried contacting regarding taxes and was ignored when called and emailed. Had a question regarding hiring an employee and payroll, again nothing. The secretary provided excuses not results. If I had more time and energy this guy would be getting a call from my attorney and reported to the state for negligence and breach of fiduciary duty."
