"I had visited the store instead of going to my normal store that I have in the past 10 years. I was forgot about walk past and ignored for almost 30 minutes before finally asking about my appointment that was scheduled at 2o’clock I got there at 1:45. After spending almost 3 hours with an unprofessional Tax preparation lady who kept leaving her trainee to attend other appointments. I believe the state should’ve scheduled an extra person. Needless to say my tax returns was totally messed up. But after four days of being told something different every day I had to beg and plead for them to please just close down my file with them so I can go to another Jackson Hewitt. After the office manager that I have on recording screaming hollering and using cursing words at me I was finally able to go to my regular office and get my claim fix.. i’ve learned my lesson not all Jackson Hewitt search the same. And if anybody from corporate office would love to hear the recording of the managers screaming and cussing at me and saying I was threatening him because I said I wanted to close down so I can go to another Jackson Hewitt I’d be more than glad to play it for you."
