"My husband and I have been here multiple times in the 2 weeks as we live close to it and the newer male manager has apparently let his title go to his head. He is rude and arrogant. He doesn’t care how he speaks to the customers, which by the way, without them coming there and spending money, you won’t have a job in the first place. They have ridiculous rules like not cashing lottery or pull tabs after 7:00PM. This new younger manager is the worst, however, he laughs in your face when you ask him a question, gets an attitude over you not doing something that is HIS job, and he’s supposed to be the one that you speak to if there’s an issue! How can he handle that if he cannot handle a question without an attitude?"

"Called last Friday night at around 5:45PM and was told kitchen was closed. Pizza kitchen CLOSED on a Friday early evening!! Lost sale for this place, and this is NOT the first time of 'closed kitchen' with this place!"

"Stopped and got a pizza, was my first time here. The pizza was one of the best I have had but the workers were rude and inattentive, not only to us but other customers as well. Asked a question several times and we're never even acknowledged so if I based this visit on customer service I would not be back but since the pizza was extremely good I will stop back when I am in town again."

"I do love there pizza, but several times I tried to call in and order pizza ahead and the phone is always busy. (Sometimes I just go somewhere else) but When I finally get to the store I find out the phone was off the hook. This happened 3 times. So therefore I had to wait for my pizza I ordered. This last time I was there, when my pizza was finished, they handed me my pizza and literally take two people ahead of me, therefore made me late for me event. The pizza was baked perfect and presented very well. I want to give 5 stars for the pizza alone."
