"Called in script scheduled to pick up at 3:00 . At 5:00 was not ready was told another 15 to 20 min. I was not waiting for script to be done when I had gave them plenty of time to fill script. Made another trip to Jackson from Wellston to get script. later. There is a Need to improve pharmacy reliability. This not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy."

"Not impressed with this pharmacy at all. Used it one time last week because I was visiting my kids here in Jackson and the pharmacist was very rude to my wife and I. My wife is suffering from stage 3 breast cancer and needed to have hydrocodone filled. My wife and myself were treated like criminal drug addicts. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable in my life. I dont recommend getting any controlled substance filled here because the pharmacist at this location has an automatic bias towards you regardless of your situation. Seems to me this kind of behavior is a HIPPA violation. Once they seen my wifes prescription their entire attitude changed towards us! I will not return here again if I visit I will drive to another pharmacy! I am next reporting to the pharmacy board!"

"I liked how friendly and helpful they are. Willing to answer questions and would even come from behind counter and help me find OTC meds! They call and let me know if the doctor would try to prescribe meds on my allergy list. They always call when prescription is ready. There has only been one time when the waiting line was long. They usually have two cashiers working to make waiting time shorter! It is the best pharmacy I've been to!"
