"Very disrespectful company Nikki & her husband is very rude & disrespectful. They call themselves Christians. I was paying to go to school there was supposed to start Monday couldn't got sick to where I couldn't hold my head up. Nikki was rude and told me well you can't miss school. Then I was going to start this next Monday but my sister died this morning and I go in there to discuss some type of arrangement due to I have to fly home and her HOSTILE HUSBAND WHO RUNS FINANCE GOT IN MY FACE CUSSING AND BEING DISRESPECTFUL BECAUSE I CHOSE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO I HAD ALREADY DEALT WITH. I have receipts and videos on everything. Was told to come at 5 pm to bring books back to get my refund and she was going to pay me personally but tried to tell me he was going to mail my check. No ma'am if I have to we will be in court. Bad look on this place and for the community. The husband is very disrespectful and hostile to the woman. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy if I had one. But GOD doesn't like ugly."

"No don't. The overall experience was stressful and we were left no aides beyond the times I can count. We changed providers due to the constant consistency of lack of aides and communication. They had an aide that slept on shift leaving my bed ridden mother urine soaked. My niece caught her several times. There was a time I stopped by and the aide was on the phone discussing all her personal family affairs. One employee had a domestic violence event while caring for my mother endangering my mother and nieces who called me terrorized. Her bf and her were arguing on the phone while she worked he came over forcing his way in and assaulted her over her taking his phone to spy on him The cops were called after I had to leave work to tend to the matter and make sure all was well. It was a horrid experience with this company. They don't properly train aides putting clients at risk. My family and I on many occasions had to teach aides how to do aide tasks. There is ABSOLUTELY no accountability regarding aides call ins nor Nikki the owner assisting as she promised us. Typical take your money and poor service company. The only grace was JEANNETTE who is family now so much so when we changed providers she changed to the company we are with Thrive LLC. Thrive LLC with owner Brittany works better for us. ALWAYS professional..available and COMMUNICATION no matter what hour. She also has a nurse that assists should an aide be unavailable. Thrive is amazing. Yolanda Sealey, Ortho/ Neuro/ Trauma RN"

"They are really bad when it comes to communication. They never answer the phone, there is not an option to leave a VM, and they do not answer emails."

"This school is really good! They allowed me to feel confident in myself and I’m excited to get into the field. Not expensive either!"
