"Mostly the food as well the service is good and the staff their nice and polite Overall, Experience is good I just don’t understand why do some of the servers or from what I was told by someone “car hop” server people that bring out the food expect a tip. I will tip and I try to tip well if I’m going out for lunch or dinner and sitting down being served, I don’t know if they are preparing the food but I’m sure they have cooks for that because they only bring the order. I went to a sonic a couple days ago and I paid for my order and I was supposed to get change back and the young lady seem a bit bothered that I wanted my change which was almost $10 I told her yes ma’am I will like my change back, she then said “oh I will have to go and get your change” I thought they carried the money around their waist, I think for future reference, sonic should make it clear that customers are not obligated nor required to give the people bringing out the food tips. It is a courtesy and being polite but ONLY if someone is able to pay extra."
"I waited 20mins for 2 Coney dogs. As I see five workers standing in the circle, laughing doing nothing. After 20 mins I waited for my food, it was cold and hard."
"Great place to stop for a snack! Use the app and get discounts! They also offer a "wag cup ' for your impatiently waiting furry best friend. I do wish the wag cup came in different sizes and it was offered on their app for pre order."
"This Sonic location is in terrible decline. Ordered chili cheese tots with jalapeños and there was one end price of a jalapeño on there. Burger was slop! I’d imagine they’re are lacking intelligible employees as most everyone else in business but this was ridiculous."
"Wow! I was really impressed with the service. Nearly every stall was full. I literally drove around the building twice before finding a place to pickup my mobile order. Because of this, I expected a long wait or for my order to be less than perfect. I was happy to be wrong. My order was brought out within 5 minutes of ordering. The car hop was nice and greeted me. My food was hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered."
