"5pm Pediatrics is not open when they say they’re open. Was there Saturday at noon and doors are locked, not a soul in sight, despite the fact the hours posted on the door say Saturday and Sunday 10-2pm. Called and the automated message system had no mention of closed locations. The woman at the generic answering service said the offices are closed for the entire months of June and July. Nothing online or on the door mention this. The Lilburn location did have a sign saying closed for the month of June (it’s now July). It seemed like the Lilburn location might have been unexpectedly closed due to some issue, since there was at least someone there at the door to say they were closed. This business is either incompetent or openly disdainful of stressed, frustrated parents with sick children driving all over creation to get help, when the offices were never open to begin with. (Edited to add: If this is also the place for reviews for Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett, we’ve always had a great experience with the nurses and doctors - just a terrible time with the after hours care.)"

"They did not send my son the medication he needed, it’s been two days the front desk Spanish lady gave me the attitude as I asked her about the medication and they made us wait outside instead of inside. When I ask them about the medication they did not inform me that they were going to ask the doctor about this problem. They just did nothing, HOW rude ."

"Everyone has a very positive energy, which is awsome! Makes us feel they really love what they're doing. Dr. Sonia explains well, listens and answer any question without being in a rush. I love that because my kids previous, Pediatrician( another different place) was always in a rush and most of the time I left the office without a clue of diagnosis."

"We've been taking our daughter here for over a year. The staff combines a delicate balance of care, empathy, and professionalism. The Dr's are attentive to whatever the needs of your child are, and entertain any lingering concerns you may have. There is nothing too small to address; if it concerns you it concerns them. The overall level of care is excellent. The wait time is minimal. The after hours availability is a definite plus, especially for those parents with difficult schedules. Meeting you childrens needs are their primary goal, all while exceeding your expectations. You child will be in good hands."

"The nurses at the front counter where very nice and was with it didn't have to wait. The waiting rooms are always clean and smell clean, The nurse who did vitals and her finger stick was really great with keeping her distracted by making her laugh did the trick no screams and no tears. The doctor was very thorough answered all my questions. You all are doing an awesome job kelp it up."
