"This Pediatrics is unbelievable. They have unwritten policies that you know nothing about, until faced with an emergency. My children (2) were scheduled together for their annual check up on Jan. 25, 2021. I could not keep the appointment due to an emergency. I called Healthy Stages and spoke with someone (did not sound like the normal receptionist). I informed the young lady that I need to reschedule my children's appointment due to an emergency. She proceeded to tell me that moving forward, I cannot schedule my children's appointments together anymore (mind you, this is my first time ever rescheduling an appointment in 2 years of being with them). She stated that their policy is...the first time you reschedule a double appointment, you can no longer schedule them together anymore, and after 3 reschedules, the children are removed from the Pediatric program. I asked her when did this policy come into effect, she could not tell me. I asked well can they be scheduled on the same day, different times, she stated that I can reschedule each child for a different date. They cannot be scheduled on the same day or time moving forward. I have 3 children that are close in age and have check-ups around the same time. That is a huge inconvenience. When I take them to the Doctor's office, I don't complain about the 2 hour wait, even when they aren't busy. I understand that things occur, and that's why I pack my patience. However, they do not return the same gesture and respect when it comes to you and your family. I am highly disappointed, because I liked Dr. Shockley, but because of these "hidden" policies, I will be taken my business elsewhere. I will find a Pediatric/Pediatrician that is understanding, and will not try to inconvenience you for 1 appointment needing to be rescheduled due to an emergency. If this is a real policy, I advise that it's reviewed and amended. This shows no compassion for the families that provide you with their business."

"Ever since Dr Danits love healthy stages the service left with him and he they no longer have an MD on duty so if your child gets sick refer you to other people or give amoxicilin and have and other people to prescribe medicine because they don't have the certification to do so I would reconsider bringing your kids to this is pediatrician go somewhere else. And what the other reviews said as welll as they dont like giving appointment reminder calls."

"Excellent service, both of children’s Vincent and Arlene go here. We left Daffodil Pediatrics because of there long waiting time and nasty customer service. At Healthy stages, we feel more at home. Mrs Michelle and Mrs Naomi are the best there is. Also the nurse and front desk clerk is amazing and friendly!!!!! Highly recommend.."
