"Excellent service!! Very professional and friendly staff who strive to ensure you get the best service. They love my daughter and my daughter loves them as she had bad experience with her former pediatrician. Now, she’s happy to go to her appointments.. Thank you!!"

"My experience here was not all that great which why I never considered leaving a review but today I am fed up. It is ridiculous how many hungry you all are and how you all go out of your way to inconvenience people. I asked for my child medical records be faxed to me and I was told that would happen. An hour and a half and 7 phone calls later I was told I will be charged. There is absolutely no reason I should be charged to receive my child's medical records via fax when you all will provide it for FREE in person or if a facility/doctor requested it. It has been hard enough trying to get a pediatrician in our new state then you want to make it worse. Piss Poor. I will never recommend you all to anyone"

"Firstly and MOST importantly, I have got to say that if you choose this practice, you need to be mindful that you are choosing a very real, familial, and personally invested establishment that values connection over numbers and crammed time slots. I decided to inquire and book after seeing that the only complaints I could find on a multitude of different platforms were literally just about the time. Yeah, we all have busy lives and schedules, but so does this pediatrician, his nurses, and his staff. The sacrifice of time is more than worth the love that is actually invested into the patients here. The wait and the time our appointment took was worth every single second, in exchange for the gift of his attention and the sincere care that he afforded my family. I have never seen anything like it from a pediatrician. He made my children so comfortable that they were hugging him, and this was our first visit! My kids are not fearful, but they are very discerning and it does make them hesitant in most every new circumstance or encounter. There was no hesitation here, and that is very valuable to me because my kids need to know they can trust a person we are coming to for medical care. They will take an uncomfortable nose swab or a throat swab that makes them retch, or a yucky tasting medicine if they know that the person doing it actually cares about their wellness. I went in thinking my two eldest would be adequately seen and evaluated, but assuming my youngest would allow little more than a meet and greet. I left with all three of them having been seen, given sincere attention and time and connection, and all questions and measurements taken. I would say that I’m speechless, but… I think I’ve proven otherwise at this point, lol. If you want to find a doctor who will become part of the family, and give you the time it takes to make a bond like that a reality, this is the place. But, do not come here and complain when the time he takes with you, is also taken with every other patient; plan accordingly or go find one of the plethora of run-of-the-mill options around that will get you in and get you out in half an hour. Me? I want to know that the person I bring my babies to when they’re sick and I’m scared, is one that not only has medical knowledge, but also personal and in-depth knowledge about the INDIVIDUAL that he is tailoring his care and prescribing remedy to. Most doctors have a go-to for just about everything, and that’s fine… but this one will have those options at the ready and still know “this kid has a sensitivity to this,” “that one has an aversion to that,” and “he’s allergic to this lesser known allergen so that won’t work in his case.” That… is worth EVERYTHING to me, as someone who has lived a life filled with many instances where doctors have neglected a very serious and life threatening condition or illness, on more than one occasion; I have had brain surgery. I have had to have organs removed. I’ve had a reaction to contrast dyes for imaging that lasted years and still largely ignored to this day. These are all things that I don’t want even being left up to chance for my kids. I want someone who knows them like he knows the children in his own family… and I can confidently say that I’ve found that person, even after just the first initial visit. We have found our home and we are so grateful for Dr Nwaneri and all of his staff who were so kind, patient, warm, and welcoming to our loud, disorganized, crazy family! You guys are stuck with us for life now, lol!! It’s also worth mentioning that I brought up some pretty heavy topics, right off the bat to avoid any future conflict or heartbreak because our last pediatrician had been with my 8 year old since his birth and losing her was traumatic to my family… Dr Nwaneri and staff did not even hesitate to take us in with open arms, hearts, and minds. And that was almost as special as the fact that my youngest let him hold her. He gives his recommendations and provides his expertise, but as the parent he does give you the final say. That is crucial to me."

"With an active pediatrician for my son, I intentionally moved him to this office to have a Black male pediatrician since my son is entering adolescence. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. In our first year, 2023, we were told, on the day of our appointment, that the doctor would not be seeing him. However, the nurse we did see was amazing. Our second year, 2024, I was called two days before my appointment and was informed, again, that the doctor wouldn't be available to see my child and that I could reschedule with the nurse for the same day. Upon arrival at my appointment, I was informed that there were no medical professionals in for the day, and I and all the other families would need to be rescheduled. To have an appointment canceled while you're at the doctor's office is a lack of professionalism that I have never encountered. The staff was working diligently to reschedule families and try to find other offices to send us to, though that was proving challenging. I opted to leave. I'm writing this review because the office manager and doctors should know of this two year experience."

"Recently moved from South Carolina and have been trying a few pediatrician offices in the area. Omega pediatric is definitely the best pediatric office we have found thus far. This office is so professional and the staff is so down to earth I felt very welcome. Dr Chrissy was so amazing, she was so helpful. Not only did she answer all my questions but she also offered extra insight and advice. I will definitely spread the word and I'm excited to have her as my son's pediatrician."
