Going above and beyond to cheer my son up, distract him when he was due for vaccines and provides us education and resources that went beyond todays needs. Giving us general parenting ideas and encouragement too. Felt like they really cared. Grateful to have such kind providers close by. All the other nurses and doctors my children have been seen by are also wonderful."

"Tanner healthcare for children has the most ridiculous scheduling I've ever seen, calling the day of to schedule an appointment makes no sense, obviously everyone's calling at the same time, that's the reason your left on hold for so long. I'm on hold now trying to schedule an appointment. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for two days. I will be taken my child to the urgent care at this point and I will be switching health care providers. Someone needs to change the scheduling policy. Update: I just made an appointment with the urgent care with no problem and no waiting on hold. For those of you that need your child seen urgently I recommend going to your nearest urgent care if it's something non emergency."

"This place is ridiculous they want you to call in the same morning if your child is sick. On top of that there are never any appointments available after holding on the lines sometimes from 10-28min to talk to front desk. They need to do better with sick visits and scheduling those."
