"Phenomenal therapists and staff. My son has gone here for almost 2 years for PT ST and OT. He no longer needs PT but he still attends ST and OT ! When we miss an appointment they text me to reschedule to make it up. (Make up your appointments it’s important!)"
"Very disappointing. My son was referred here to see Speech due to vomiting while trying to advance solids. First of all they never called me when they got the referral. I had to call them. Then after telling me it is very important that he be seen soon, but we have 400 kids on the waiting list and a therapist out on maternity leave. She said age would call me back when they could talk about how to see him sooner. That was 2 weeks ago… the lest they could do Is call.everyone is short handed but this is a child’s eating and future development at risk where as parents know time is of the essence! Be warned they do not prioritize communication with parents!"
