Jonesboro Elite Learning Academy

"I would like to share a little bit about Jonesboro Learning Academy. My child is in the toddler room there at the center, since she's been there she has been more into learning how to become independent and I am impressed! My child is always eager to go to the center daily. They are very encouraging towards assisting us with potty training which has been going very well. I like the fact that the center is very warm, welcoming and also willing to give assistance with anything needed for my child. They had a family fun kickball day on Saturday. The staff was so much fun to be around. This center provides a well round experience for my child. I can really see a change in my child's growth when it comes to learning. I would give Jonesboro Elite Learning Academy 10 stars if I could!!!"

"I would give this daycare a zero stars if it was possible. If you don't mind your child just watching TV all day and teachers talking to your child all types of ways then I guess you wouldn't mind your child attending this center. I thought it would be a great center begin that the teachers are older but that's not the cause. The teachers are fake and lazy. My son been going there for only 2 months and been sick every since he started. They try to make me pick my son up because he was coughing , but he never had a temperature. By law a child is able to attend school if they do not have a temperature, especially when they child got sick from the school. I didn't feel that they did enough learning activities to stimulate the brain with the children. My son only came home with three activities in 60 days not including weekends. My child already knows his numbers and alphabets English and Spanish. So the school hasn't done anything new for my child besides treat my child less than because he isn't fully potty trained, mind you he's only two. Ms. Richardson said one thing before I signed up and never followed through with it she also called my son BAD. Hold up, what you called my child? You never call someone else's child Bad. How are you the administrator basically the principal and you don't have a better vocabulary level. My child teacher always looked angry dealing with two year olds not cool. When I asked her why, she said she was actually sad. This early in the morning nobody else kid needs to see or feel that energy from their teacher. Wheres they energy and love? They never included my son in the Class Dojo but wanted me to pay for the subscription. I never saw a group picture of the kids together. They had one party since my son been there. I didn't even see any pictures from the party , but I supplied food. Parents please don't ignore your child behavior when dropping them off. Trust me it's for a reason more then you think. Ms. Richardson is very hostile ,unprofessional, a liar and rude. The lady only spoke to me when it was a negative situation like I need to potty train my son or that he's bad. Every child is not the same but a lot of people in this profession does not need to be in it. A lot of the teachers do not have the temperament, positivity, energy or the professionalism to be a teacher. Everytime I would pick up my son it will be a different afternoon teacher not only that they always had them watching TV sitting on the floor. Where's the activities? I thought this was a learning academy. More like take your money and if you on CAPS we don't want your child to come here academy. For them to be charging 175 a week just for you to feed my child breakfast ,lunch and snack and watch TV it's not worth it. I've seen a lot of daycares that had the firefighters come to they school. Jonesboro Elite Learning Academy isn't one of those schools. My son only brought home three activities from the school in a two month span. Some of teachers looks like they are on drugs. It's too many daycares on the news you got to be careful who you leave your child with PERIOD!!!"

"My nieces attend this daycare and they absolutely LOVE it. All they do is rave and rant about their teachers and the activities they do. I also appreciate the family-friendly customer service that the staff provides. They truly go above and beyond to treat my nieces like their own. It’s so comforting to be able to leave your loved ones in the care of others that will in turn cherish them the same way you do. Way to go Jonesboro Elite!"

"Love, love, love this center!!! My granddaughter goes to Jonesboro Elite Learning Academy. Since she's been there she has truly come out of her shell. The staff members and directors are the most pleasant people around. I get nothing but positive energy from this center. By the way, my granddaughter loves it too. Thank you all for being a part of my granddaughter's learning process."

"My son loves this center, he has been going here since he's been 1 years old. All the teachers are great. The new director shows the same love and caring for our children like the old owner did. I like how they communicate with the parents thru newsletters, Communication is the key for a good relationship. I love how they are doing upgrades to the classrooms and to the building . I wouldn't change this daycare for anything!"
