"I would give this daycare facility 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional staff, I was in traffic and called the school while I was in route to tell them I am going to be running behind because of the traffic. I tried to bring my babies in at 9:05 they turned me around saying they can’t even come in the school because the they stop taking kids at 9:00. I begged and pleaded with several people because I do have work and I will be at risk of losing my job if I don’t come in because the daycare that I pay refusing to take my kids for being 5 minutes behind 5 minutes! I explained all this to the staff and all I was told is to call back because the staff member I needed to talk to was in a meeting and they couldn’t let her know because she will “go off”. Very disappointed. Highly do not recommend."
"I was very devastated with the unprofessionalism of the owner within this daycare. When a parent chooses a daycare for their child to attend they look for integrity, professionalism, great customer service, cleanliness and etc. The owner is completely disrespectful which is completely distasteful. Please take your child/children somewhere you are respected and regardless of the circumstances PROFESSIONALISM remains."
"The Director Shannon is very unprofessional, unethical and lacks customer service. Gives inaccurate receipt documentation! Very sloppy business when it comes to finances. Loses checks, won’t put payments in the system. Inputs payments wrong. Doesn’t like to be corrected or addressed about HER ERRORS. Poor communication to parents as a Director and kid(s). Please spend your money else where, where it will be appreciated. Where you and your kid(s) matter as a customer."
"My grandson attended this daycare and all I can say is they did him wrong by withdrawing him a few weeks before PreK Graduation after he had attended since he was almost 2. They aren't very professional and some of the teaching staff plainly put do not enjoy their jobs. I wish them well but know that my grand baby is very happy & is continuing to thrive now that he is "not" in that environment."
