"I attempted to initiate childcare placement and was in contact with someone by the name of “ Ms. Winnie”She acted like she was hiding something we I asked her question about enrollment. She gave me attitude about her full name and about moving forward with the process. She acted as if I was bothering her and when I asked her if she needed to call me back she informed me that she could not provide information over the phone I needed to decide if I was going to do a tour or not before I get info. The whole encounter was very odd to say the least"
