"Hope Preschool has been one of the best decisions we have made for our child! If you are looking for a MMO program with structured learning and play activities, Hope Preschool is it! The teachers and staff genuinely care about the children and make an effort to connect with each of them. My child is now going into pre-K already knowing his letters and most of their sounds. We love Hope!"

"I have to share my experience with the school. We recently moved to paulding county and i have been looking for MMO program for our 2 year old. After calling and speaking with Donna she informed me there was a waiting list. I requested for our name to be put down. While we were on the waiting list for this school and in the mean time I was looking another option because Donna was unsure with how long it would take for our name to be called on the waiting list. Donna called 2 days prior (Tuesday 11/14) to our son starting the other school program. I was so exited and told her yes would take the spot and start after Thanksgiving on 11/26 (Monday) once we get back from traveling for the holiday. I immediately hung up with Donna and canceled him out of the other program. Donna and I scheduled a walk through, with her (Thursday 11/15). Our son became ill due to all this nasty rain and cold weather so I called and spoke with Rebecca (I believe was her name). Informed her that he wasn’t feeling well and not to worry about the walk through that we trusted the referring families judgement and heard great things about the program that he we be there 11/26. I offered to come in 30 min to the school opening to address anything... paperwork or finances that needed to be taken care of. I received a call from Donna that same day Thursday and left a voicemail. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to call her back(taking care of a newborn, sick 2 year old and our 7 year old plus family came in town) and listening to the voicemail she never stated any of the following or on any conversation with her. 1. If you don’t call me back within 24 hours he will not have this spot 2. You need to bring money ASAP to reserve his spot and that it would be given away if you did not do so. So now... 11/16 I got a courtesy call stating the spot (I thought was ours) was given away to another already existing family in the program. Totally shocked ...and all she could say was “ I am sorry”. Clearly the I am sorry was not genuine or did she truly care about my son and now that my son is out of a program. She made no efforts in trying to make a spot or let me talk to the other family. Nothing!!!! I feel completely hopeless now. Not only did I cancel my sons attendance with the other program but I was under the complete understanding our son had a spot and would be attending on 11/26 after thanksgiving. And because I was unable to hand her a check within 24 hours (because that’s what she stated on the courtesy call) but yet was never told me this in any prior conversation. This is beyond wrong ... completely unprofessional and unethical. It made me feel like it’s about the money and she did a VERY POOR job of informing of me and just gave the spot away but she did give me that courtesy call because she knew we were suppose to start 11/26. I hope no other new members to this community have to go through this with this school or any other school for that matter."
